Came with a friend and had a great experience, kid friendly as well. And the coaches/instructors were so helpful and encouraging.
Joined the 2 weeks special, after seeing the results of my friends who BURN. The classes are the push I need. I plan to join and do 2 a week, since I do other workouts formats.
My happy place. At Burn Booth Camp (Woodbridge) you are apart of a work out family, there is no show boating. The coaches are very supportive and the members are too. High fives and words of encouragement to help you get through the sessions. I also love the fact, that they notice when you don't show up for a while. And they check to make sure you are ok. I love it here.
