Great gym. I’m coming back from a injury and they help keep me safe while I get stronger again
10/10 One of the best decisions I’ve made! It’s not just a gym. It’s community, nutrition, high fives, and the best trainers that meet you where you’re at on your fitness journey. Most of all it’s FUN!!!
When I first started I could only do the bare minimum at the workouts, modifying everything. Consistency was the key to unlocking my potential and could only happen because the trainers and other community members are so friendly and encouraging and helped me believe in myself. The workouts are grueling but eventually I found myself doing things I never thought I’d be able to do. I really love working out here! I never thought I’d like this kind of setting but I have grown so much and gotten so much stronger! The coaches are awesome and remember my name and really help cater to what I need.
I didn’t think I would enjoy it, but did the free trial and loved it! The atmosphere is so positive, encouraging and fun. I love the instructors and the office staff, how do they know all our names!?! They make everyone feel welcome and accomodate any fitness level/physical concern. I never regret going because even though I might be exhausted after a class but I feel great! Would definitely recommend giving Burn a try!
