I absolutely love this place! The trainers are thorough with instructions and know the body well. They’ll meet you where you’re at whether that’s with an injury or finding adjustments to where you are on your fitness journey. Most importantly they remind you what you’re capable of and push you to be your best self!! Huge shoutout to everyone at Orem Boot Camp for the welcoming program!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible customer service. I signed up for a 6 month membership after explaining that I did not have the money for a full year membership. They never told me I had to cancel it or else it keeps auto renewing after the 6 months. I’ve now been charged for 3 months past my 6 month membership, which has been over $400. I have called multiple times with no answer. Their voicemail box is full. I sent an email over a month ago to fill out a cancellation form and they took 3 weeks to respond then never c... read more
