Great members and trainers but the owners have no respect for their members.
Edit - 3 years later from my review and I still love it!! Was hooked on a New Years promo in 2019, happy to be going into my sixth year with burn!! All you have to do is show up and try your best! The trainers are incredibly supportive and flexible in order to cater to your physical/mental needs. Memberships are on the pricy end, but it’s totally worth it and cheaper than if you got a large Starbucks everyday
Is a good Community it helps you achieve your goals and the trainers are so nice and they help you to be better every time🥰🥰
I love this place. I'm Latina and I don't speak much English, but the trainers do everything so that I understand them and do the exercises well. It's something that fulfills me a lot and I thank them every day. Thank you for being in Rochester, thank you for all the work you do every day.
