I took a free class. I did not really enjoy it, but was glad I experienced something new. The staff were encouraging. One thing I didn't like was the instructor never once mentioned posture or form during the work out. I thought that was odd bc the other classes I have tried at different facilities said something about form every 5 minutes. I had to keep reminding myself to correct it. The only thing she said even remotely close was chest up during squats.
I love this gym so much!! I just moved to TN from south Florida a couple months ago and I was trying multiple gyms in the area trying to find my new home gym. I almost lost hope til I walked into Burn and I knew after my first workout this was my new home and immediatley signed up. ALL the staff (front desk and trainers) are super welcoming, greet you by name, and are so personal and sweet. The trainers are encouraging and motivating during your workout! Decent work out and could see it being a great fit truth be told. Problem is the noise level. Too loud for this gal. Trainers screaming into the mic trying to talk over the music. Turn it down and we can actually hear what you are saying and it not be painful
