Great gym with an amazing community! Best trainers in Rochester
I LOVE BURN!! I've been going for over 4 years and it fits in perfect with my day. I get a good workout in and don't ever have thing about what I'm going to do at the gym each day. As I reach perimenopause, I need to focus on building muscle and Burn helps me with that!
I started at Burn over nine years ago. I just turned 78 years old and Burn has been the best experience for maintaining my good health, both physically and mentally. It is a community feel with knowledgeable trainers. I highly recommend!
I was so nervous to join, and now I simply can’t imagine my life without this gym, trainers and community. I had a choice to make, and I’m so happy I joined. My kids love going which makes me so happy, and they talk about being strong like mom and dad every time we go. 10/10 can’t recommend enough.
