I've tried out many different yoga studios and different classes, and there is something about Burn and Bloom that is unlike any studio I've been to. The studio is warm, welcoming, and the staff offer clear instruction to newcomers. The classes are good for any level of experience/flexibility, as you can adjust movements to what fits your body (and they recommend it). Burn and bloom is my favorite yoga studio ever!!!! I can’t say enough good things about this space, everything about it has kept me coming back for years now. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone, on every level of your practice. It is chefs kiss!
This studio is one of my happy places! I’ve never felt comfortable at traditional yoga studios. AlisaMarie’s style of constant movement mixed with kick ass music is everything my body needs to lean in and really center myself and clear my mind. If you are looking for a space to become stronger in both body and spirit, Burn and Bloom is that space.
I love this studio and its teachers!! It’s a special space and community. Highly recommend to anyone looking for yoga, HIIT, pilates, or sound baths!
