When you had the most incredible yoga class, you just know. Alisamarie is so vibrant in her approach to yoga, it feels so refreshing and so fun. To be able to dance between movements is so much fun. Quite honestly, everything I’ve ever wanted from a yoga class. Forever yours🧡

I've tried out many different yoga studios and different classes, and there is something about Burn and Bloom that is unlike any studio I've been to. The studio is warm, welcoming, and the staff offer clear instruction to newcomers. The classes are good for any level of experience/flexibility, as you can adjust movements to what fits your body (and they recommend it).
