I waited 2 hours in a crowded waiting room, with an unattended child using their IPad with the sound on too loud. Then the parent remained in the waiting room after completion of their appointment and proceeded to make personal phone calls. By the time I saw the Dr., I thought I'd lost my mind. And I wasn't alone in my thoughts, I heard the other waiting patients muttering about the noise as well. Dr. Fifield and staff are excellent. Everyone is so kind.
My child and I had a really good experience here. I found this place through my insurance, saw a lot of good reviews through that portal for this place. Tried it out and they were really good with us! They were super nice and the place was very clean. They knew how to work with my child and they were very thorough with the exams. My child picked out some very nice glasses and the office has a nice little selection. I’m happy I didn’t experience what others may have but they were really good with us.
