My experiences with Dr. Garin have been great. I think this office as a whole could really work on their communication and professionalism. I've never encountered a medical office that answers the phone "hello?" vs "this is so-and-so's office". I wish they were more communicative about all the tests they do and why they're doing them.
Dr. Zuckerbrod did my cataract surgery 2 weeks ago. I had a very strong prescription and now I don't need to wear glasses. He has been performing cataract surgery for many years so he has alot of experience and is a very skilled surgeon. The practice has been there for a very long time and the staff and doctors care about their patients, I highly recommend them.
Best experience for my cataract surgeries. Whole staff were helpful and nice. Dr did both my eyes and I have no complaints
I waited 2 hours in a crowded waiting room, with an unattended child using their IPad with the sound on too loud. Then the parent remained in the waiting room after completion of their appointment and proceeded to make personal phone calls. By the time I saw the Dr., I thought I'd lost my mind. And I wasn't alone in my thoughts, I heard the other waiting patients muttering about the noise as well.
