We have recently required a plumbing company to update our existing hot water / heating system. Our first and only choice was Burmac Mechanical 2000. Pat visited us at home to evaluate was what required, then sent out a top of the line boiler with James & Dave. This team provided excellent service and communication. Their work is top shelf! Did a great job with our new furnace water heater AC and softener But have called and visited many times to ask them to come back and as they didn’t bypass the outside water and we are now watering my grass with salt. Also asked for outside tap shut offs but have not been able to get anyone to come out to us. I like to use local contractors but will need to go further a field to a company not so busy.
These guys constantly block residential access ally’s to go shopping like they did around 11am August 9 and have the adaucity to cuss at the residents that ask them to clear the driving path so they can go about their daily routines.

Absolutely fantastic service! Steve was honest, kind and super helpful. We needed help with a leaking tub faucet in a very old mobile home in Ailx. He not only repaired that, but showed us the water shut-off valves under the cobweb-filled trailer, the breaker panel for the hot water tank and even the temperature adjustments on the hot water tank (he fixed that too). Would Absolutely hire them again!
