After trying several other spots in the area, I keeps coming back to Burma Superstar because they truly understand flavor, texture, and value. I had a disappointing experience here. We were a party of 4 but also had a toddler who didn’t eat anything and an infant who slept the entire time in a bassinet stroller. We ordered 4 dishes total during lunch while seated outside. Despite this, we were charged an automatic 20% gratuity for a “party of 6.” When I first asked about it, they counted the baby in the stroller. When I challenged that, they changed the explanation to it being based on the number of chairs at the table, even though one chair was simply left, unused... read more

I've never had Burma food before, and this place did it proud! Their food is great, from the tea leaf salad to the mango tofu to the sesame chicken, it's always reliable and delicous. You also always get your food out so fast, and the wait for food is never more than 20 minutes. The service is great as well, and the staff is always so friendly and attentive; they always make sure you have what you need. While it can be pricey, you get fabulous experience out of it and we often have leftovers--which also are great heated up!
