This was by far the best experience I have ever had with any kind of contractor. Brad went out of his way to do all of the small things that most contractors don't do. Never have I seen a contractor that wanted no money down and only your first insurance check when the job was completed and he filled out the paperwork and sent it to the insurance company and waited for the second check.
