As a resident I have experienced harassment by other tenants who have chosen to not parent their children and the destruction of personnal property as well as physical assault occurs and if the parents are informed they get violent. The children are out until 1am screaming and throwing rocks at windows and cars. The manager is well aware of the issues and don't care to address the issues. Maintenance issues are ignored. Great place if you don't mind your kids getting bullied or don't mind all the crackheads screaming at you because your kids are on the community grass! Managers don't help you and side with the bullies.
