Staff is amazing!!
Super duper nice receptionist!
I have been a patient of Dr Au’s for a long time, many of my family are also patients there, I have never had a bad experience, the office staff are helpful and friendly. I always receive the best of care, direct billing and evening appointments are a plus.
I’ve been bringing the entire family here for over a decade. Everyone is so friendly, availability is great and I’ve always left happy. They’re also great with my kids, putting a cartoon on the TV’s, etc. When we moved away from Burlington… we kept driving back to come here, even though it’s an hour away.
The staff are always so nice!! Carey is always a nice face to see when we come in. Dr Au always answers our questions and concerns!
