I have been a patient of Dr Au’s for a long time, many of my family are also patients there, I have never had a bad experience, the office staff are helpful and friendly. I always receive the best of care, direct billing and evening appointments are a plus.
I’ve been bringing the entire family here for over a decade. Everyone is so friendly, availability is great and I’ve always left happy. They’re also great with my kids, putting a cartoon on the TV’s, etc. When we moved away from Burlington… we kept driving back to come here, even though it’s an hour away.
