I previously had a disappointing experience at this clinic after my visit on March 10, where an issue with my eye was missed during my exam. I shared my concerns in a review based on that experience. Highly reccomend Dr Lai. She is extremely thorough, knowledgeable and kind. My new prescription is so comfortable and the best I’ve had in years! She also performed an eye exam for my little son and was so great with him! Would highly reccomend visiting Burlington Vision Care and specifically seeing Dr Lai!
Dr. Hector and his staff have been my eye health providers for many years now. The reception staff and technicians are always friendly, warm, and welcoming. Doc Hector is kind, professional, thorough, and clearly very skilled at his craft.
