I can't say enough about Dr. Torres and the staff at the hospital I brought my dog there between 10&11 PM Saturday night from Nigara Fall she was not doing very well with in an hour they had their finding unfortunately it was not good news, we ended up putting my girl down. can't thank them enough for thewhy they took care of my wife and I and of course how they tried to help my girl Thanks agian
From the delightful Linda who first takes your call and greets you to the vet and support staff, this clinic is compassionate and professional. They took just care with our senior dog and with left with a care plan amd medications to ease her discomfort. While I hope to never need emergency services again, I would go here again in a heartbeat if needed.
My cat Cardigan was hospitalized here for 5 days. I've been to several emergency clinics with various pets in the past but nothing compares to how amazing this clinic was to both me and Cardigan. Everyone staff memeber from front desk to the techs to the vets were amazing, patient, and extremely kind. I was explained everything thoroughly and received prompt calls from vets whenever I needed clarification or more information.
