This review relates to my experience with the Dentistry Services team. I brought my dog, Belle, in for treatment and was very pleased with the process and outcome. My regular Vet referred me to this clinic, and I was impressed from the first interaction. The whole team was wonderful and responsive, everyone including reception, the Vet techs and both Doctors, Hiscox and Murray. Very bad experience. I was charged unfair fees with hidden costs that were never explained. The diagnosis was incorrect, and it honestly felt like they were trying to take advantage of the situation just to get more money. I would not trust this place at all.
The wonderful staff at Burlington Veterinary Emergency are skilled and compassionate. I have complete trust in the care they provide.
I cannot say enough amazing things about this business. The staff are kind, considerate, passionate professionals. They go above and beyond. They find ways to make things happen.
