My 16 year old dog was brought in critical state but was not seen for 3 hours. During the time we waited, he lost use of his back legs as he was dying from kidney failure. They did not even take him out of his crate. I had to ask for water. When the vet saw him, he said that we were not an emergency and we could wait for tests. I left and sought help elsewhere. I am devestated that we were treated so poorly and they did not identify an emergency.
I had a great experience with my dog Henry. He was incredibly sick with a very serious pneumonia, and the staff and doctors were wonderful with him. They took the best overnight care of Henry, and saved his life. The doctors also took the time to explain to me what was going on, and everyone was patient and supportive.
My experience was amazing Eric young was the most kindest and helpful person there great costumer service
