I can't say enough about the team at BVC. From calling to make an appointment to being welcomed at the door all the way through the appointment, all of the staff is caring, kind and compassionate. My husband and I trust Dr. Trevino and the BVC team with our precious pup Brew and know that he is receiving the best care possible. Highly recommend!
Burlington Veterinary Center is by far, an extraordinary group of caring, compassionate people who puts you and your pet first and foremost. Both Dr. Eshrick and Dr. Travino and his team are to be admired for thinking of and doing what you and they decide is best for your pet. I admire the dedication and hard work put forth by all that work there, and the extra mile they strive for. Bringing our dog to the vet was not an easy task. She was fearful and reactive and our prior vet was not working out. Burlington Veterinary Center was recommended to us and we are so happy. They have been so helpful, patient and accommodating. Everyone that we have worked with is friendly, knowledgable and understanding. Our dog had surgery this week, and we are so pleased with how well it went. They spent plenty of time with us, explained everything clearly, and we felt confident that she was in caring loving hands. �
Sophia is so lucky to have Dr. Trevino, a very smart and loving doctor. After some bw and consulting with a specialist our Sophia has been on medication for her medical problem and is doing very well. The entire staff Is warm and always friendly. Thank you BVC�
