I love the variety at this gym. The 6 week program was exactly what i needed to hit my goals! Definitely recommend BTC for anyone and everyone!
This gym had everything i need for a workout. Martial arts, boxing, MMA, jiu jitsu, etc. Jiu jitsu coach is trained direct from the Gracie family, amazing coach. People are friendly and helpful. Free weights, weight machines, cardio machines, sauna. Its a one stop place for wworkouts. Wrestling coach high level skills, all at a good price for a retired guy like me or younger people wanting to stay fit or challenge themselves.
