Go elsewhere Very Disappointed. Had a trailer hitch installed today. When I called them before the appointment, I was made to wait on the phone for 30 minutes on hold. Was told 1.5 to 2 hours to install took more than 3.5. This was after making an appoint 4 days in advance. They made my wife ride her bike in the rain to pick it up. (we live only 3 miles away a service oriented company would have ran the car over to pick her up. Could not use a wiring harness I provided. Very Friendly Purchased a cargo trailer and was very happy. Very easy to work with and answered all my questions. They even helped me hook up and showed me how to work everything! Very helpfull!!! A+++
