Very easy process, Nicole (I think that was her name) she was thorough with all the info for the unit. Very happy with how the process went!
We have been at this storage facility for many years, originally after cleaning out my parents’ house and needing a place to put everything while we figured out what to keep, donate, or finally let go of. And, like a lot of things in life, going through a storage unit tends to get pushed further and further down the priority list. Through all of that, Nicole and Chris have been absolutely wonderful.
