I went into this property and had a great experience from the staff. When the management got involved the unit I payed to reserve was taken from me due to the time i was moving in. The manager was un-empathetic, didn’t care where I would be living nor attempted to provide any solutions. All that was offered to me was my money for the reservation and the security deposit.
