My family and I have always been treated with care and the Drs know just what to say and do to make my kids better.
Staff, doctors always friendly and helpful. Only issue I had was with their billing/coding - coded a routine preventative lead test for my toddler as if he were exposed to it so BCBS wouldn't cover it. Contacted billing but they said it was coded correctly.
the doctor and nurse treated me badly, as if they didn't want me to be there. nothing professional. maybe they had a bad day.
