Everyone was so nice. They were prompt and we were in and out in no time.
My daughter is 3 & not a big fan of Dr. I was worried that she wouldn’t sit still or freak out, but the young lady that cleaned her teeth yesterday was absolutely the BEST!!! I forgot to get her name! I was so impressed by her! She really took the time to make Tessa feel comfortable and used her imagination to get Tessa to sit still while she looked for the butterflies! I take all my boys here, and I love the staff and Dr. Grooms.
I love getting my teeth cleaned by Lindsey, she's really nice. She talks to me about dinosaurs, and she doesn't make me scared to get my teeth cleaned. Dr. Grooms and Dr. Kevin are nice too. And you get to pick out a really cool prize when you get done.
I love the services. The customer service in the front is always pleasant. The ladies who help assist the dentist are wonderful. It takes alot to deal with children. They make it look easy and the kids are usually smiling before they leave out. Doctor Todd is such a sweetie as well..
We had a wonderful experience with the dentist and his assistant. They are always happy to answer any questions we have. We are happy to be a patient of his.
