We have had such an amazing experience with BPD! From the moment you walk in, the entire team is warm, welcoming, and incredibly kind. They go above and beyond to make kids feel comfortable and safe, and they are so supportive and reassuring for parents too. What really stands out is how accommodating and patient they are. Incredible dentist for toddlers/young kids! Took my 2.5 and 4yo here for their first appointments, and although they were both quite nervous and reluctant to go, the hygienists/dentists and atmosphere made them feel totally comfortable! The “treehouse” play area and fish tank in the waiting room, the TVs on the ceiling, friendly staff, and all the trinkets they got to take home - it was a super positive experience that my kids happily talked about all week, and we’ll definitely continue to take them here in the future.
We had a wonderful experience today at Burlington Pediatric Dentistry. All around terrific. I really appreciate the education and environment here. Such a wonderful place for children to start and continue on as long as possible ( wish we had this as kids). The Open window concept in each room is unique and really reflects trust and openness.
This clinic was a very positive experience for my children. The staff were kind and attentive, and they made the visit comfortable and child-friendly. However, I personally felt that the cost was higher compared to typical dental clinics. Several treatment options were presented, including options for a tooth that has not fallen out yet, which made it somewhat difficult for me as a parent to decide what was necessary.
