Had many issues with these apartments just living here for the first three weeks. We found mold in our fridge the first week of living here. It was caked on the entire bottom part of the freezer. We were actually very worried that it had gotten in the ventilation system and would affect our health. We told the staff but they just told us to “wipe it off” and that it wasn’t a big enough issue for them to come clean it themselves. We were furious to say the least. Seriously? They charge a pet fee and say that all pets are welcome???? I am assuming as long as OLD women living beneath you are happy??? I work 3-11:30 and when I get home my 5 month old dog is happy to see me. Yes, there are guidelines to "Quiet time" and I respect that. Some "Old" people need to realize that even tho they are retired and home 24/7 that the world does not revolve around them. You’d have a better experience living under an underpass. We’ve lived in these apartments since September of 2016 & it is now January of 2018. I’ll list just a few things we’ve experienced during our time here: 1. Mold. All over the windows and doors. If you bring the attention to management, they will tell you it’s your fault and then serve you with a notice to either repair or get evicted. 2. The grounds are COVERED in dog poop. You get evicted from here, the papers are licked in the apartment after the licks are changed. They tell you that the belonging that are left in the apartment are locked in a garage until they tell you that you can come get them when in reality, they put everything straight out by the dumpster so your belongings are being stolen. Charging you for 4 keys when there is only 1 to be returned. In the mail as we speak. Charging for a hole in the wall that was not there. These apartments are one the worse to ever live in. My neighbors upstairs are extremely loud. Dropping heavy things. Loud noises. You can hear when they walk, when the children cry. Their children run back and forth all the time. Early hours in the morning and late hours at night. I had to take online classes for college and it was impossible with these people. Apartment office personal very rude and not interested in resolving problems . Moved in 4 weeks ago and don't have access to Lundy or "gym " after the hours . I work 7 -7 and can't use facility during the day . Parking issue is huge . I would not recommend this place .
