The Vets at Burlington Lakeshore Vet Hospital gave great advice over the phone about how to reduce stress in transporting my pet in the car for their visit. The urgency and followup care they also had in dealing with an emergency visit for my pet was very reassuring in selecting them as my vet for over 5 years now.
This Vet clinic is very negligent. I transferred here not too long ago. My old Vet records got transferred to them as well saying what breed my dog is. Tell me why they have two different dog breeds that aren't even remotely close to my dog. This is unacceptable and I will not go to them. I have transferred my dog out. The photos from Google and the highlighted breeds are what they have on my file and that's not even close to what my dog is. I really do love this place. I feel like the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Lunar Dog is very shy and has a lot of anxiety. They’re always patient With her. I feel like they take their time and not rushed through her visit to make her feel more comfortable.
