This Vet clinic is very negligent. I transferred here not too long ago. My old Vet records got transferred to them as well saying what breed my dog is. Tell me why they have two different dog breeds that aren't even remotely close to my dog. This is unacceptable and I will not go to them. I have transferred my dog out. The photos from Google and the highlighted breeds are what they have on my file and that's not even close to what my dog is. I really do love this place. I feel like the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Lunar Dog is very shy and has a lot of anxiety. They’re always patient With her. I feel like they take their time and not rushed through her visit to make her feel more comfortable.
Great first experience with my 2 month old kitten.
0/5 stars. I had a very upsetting experience at this veterinary clinic and would not recommend them. I have other veterinarian opinions this vet caused severe stress, anxiety and pain to our lovely dog . Before agreeing to any treatment, I specifically raised concerns about payment. My brother and I spoke directly with the veterinarian in the exam room about setting up a payment plan, and the veterinarian even asked a receptionist to come in and discuss options with us.
