Until this visit, I've been relatively happy with the service, however this time I was very disappointed. First, while I waited in the exam room with my dog, I noticed a lot of dog hair on the steel table and rubber pad that was on it. How can this be hygienic?? Should it not have been cleaned before the next animal? I actually got up and got some of the paper towels on the counter and wiped off all the dog hair. Absolutely amazing staff
I have been very happy with the Burlington Lakeshore Vet Hospital. The staff their are so helpful and friendly!! The doctors are great too! A shout out to Eric for all of his help and friendly greetings whenever I see him. Burlington Lakeshore Veterinary Hospital also offers great Grooming Services by Ann. She is very friendly and my dog loves her. August 12th.
Staff and vet doctors at this clinics are very incompetent. They make costly mistakes like doing a ultrasound on the wrong area and then have to turn around and bring my wife's kitty back in to redo the ultrasound which stresses the cat out. They do blood work and don't call you back in a timely manner. Can't figure out a health issue but continue to ask to do more blood work xrays. Don't have any confidence in this clinic.
