I requested that the battery in my Palisade be checked and, if there were any issues, replaced. However, they demanded $254 just to inspect it. Naturally, I refused. Not only is this service unhelpful, but the staff are also quite rude and disrespectful. Customer service: zero. Respect: zero. Helpfulness: zero. With this kind of attitude, the "Burlington Service" department won't be around for much longer.
I had a great experience buying my Kona here. When I first walked in, it felt like the other sales associates weren’t really approaching us, but Esaias came in and immediately stepped up to help. He was very transparent, took his time, and explained everything with great attention to detail. I never felt rushed or pressured. Definitely ask for Esaias whenever you go!
Awesome experience shout out to Kodeye and Jay Highway Jackson and Cassie for helping me and I’ll definitely come for my palisade and my favorite Hyundai dealer ever and thank you for the brochures. I’m honestly shocked by the way this dealership treats potential buyers. I drove about 2.5 hours from New York just to see a specific car. I really liked it, and they gave me an initial price. Later, when I came back again — another 2–2.5 hour drive — with my husband and ready to pay, the price suddenly increased by almost $6,000. When I asked why, they said it was due to “accessories.” However, the manager refused to provide a detailed breakdown or let me take a photo of the document.
