We bought our car over two months ago & absolutely LOVE it so much! We are so happy with our purchase, and could not have asked for a better salesperson. Christian Lindsey was patient, knowledgeable, and really trying to work with our budget. I was also very impressed on how quickly we got in and out of the dealership. The whole buying process was done in under 3 hours, whereas in the past, dealerships have kept me there all day! Christian Lindsey was great, we hope to make another purchase with him next year!
I needed help installing my license plate on my brand new Hyundai (it didn't have the front bracket) that I had bought in PA. One of the salespeople, Charles, came out in the blazing hot sun and offered to help me. He installed the bracket and the plate with a smile on his face and while holding pleasant conversation. Buying my 2nd vehicle from this dealership has been nothing but a hassle since the moment I drove off the lot. While the salesman (Harsh) and sales-manager (Frank) were great to work with, this dealership has gone significantly down hill and now their finance department is so hard up (as evidenced by ZERO customers being there most of the time - I've been there 6 times in a month and 4 of those times were completely empty), they flat out lied just to get an extra measly $29 for license plates.
