⭐ Very misleading and disappointing experience. We clearly wrote down the price we were willing to pay and the monthly payment, and told the salesperson that if those numbers worked, we were ready to buy the car immediately. He agreed, so we stayed and waited about two hours while they processed the paperwork and obtained financing approval. At first, I wasn't sure about what to do about 2 Hyundai Tucsons with lease ending in 2-3 months. I talked to Frank and he was incredibly helpful in explaining that it's best to lease 2 new Hyundais so that's what my husband and I did.
