When the thermal seal broke in a large picture window of my 24 year old townhome, I thought I had to replace the entire window, including frame. Well where do I start! We had our beautiful shower glass door and enclosure installed over 2 years ago, had a bit of a glitch with the door yesterday. Called them, and Jason and Joshua showed up today, fixed it within minutes and showed my husband how to fix it if it happens again. Amazing company to deal with.
