Friendly staff for U-Haul truck return.
Clean, quiet and safe. We stored my mother's belongings after moving her out of her house. Friendly staff.
The staff failed to mention that they have unwritten rules they enforce. They told me I could not be at my unit for more than an hour, cannot be there consecutive days at a time, I cannot change into any other clothes. I need to go to my storage unit daily.That is where I keep my tools and clothes for my small business. They also locked me out of the storage unit facility for a week! While I was paid up. In the midst of an otherwise difficult day Heather was a ray of sunshine. Great service, fast, clearly communicated, and welcome recommendations that better suited our needs. Storage units are storage units but the service by the team on site is the difference.
