My family has used Burlington Flowers for years and have always appreciated Susan’s special touch. I wanted to share a recent experience—I came to her with just one day’s notice for a wake by 8am the next morning. The arrangement was stunning—truly the most beautiful in the room. The funeral home even placed it on a pedestal because it stood out so much. Thank you, Susan, for exceeding my expectations once again. You have my loyalty for life.
I am disappointed that the communication was not good as the delivery was a day or two late never communicate to me even though I had emailed questioning the delivery!
Was pleased with the communication. I left some specific instructions, and when the delivery person was concerned, they called me to confirm. Flowers were nice and everyone was happy.
