Having been many years since I had any serious dental work done, I was losing sleep and very fearful before going to the dentist today. I had a long, very involved amount of work to be done. Everyone was professional, efficient and friendly. Dr. Pratt was so gentle and caring for my comfort, keeping me informed what he was doing, insuring and checking to make sure I wasn't experiencing pain. He was so kind. My current treatment from Monroe Family Dentistry was thorough and extensive. The service required detailed response to bone, gum, implant, and restoration. They were informative, explaining the options and the suggested process. Dr Pratt is experienced and professional. The staff at this clinic are just beyond incredible. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, at ease and not judged.. especially those of us who haven't been to the dentist in a while due to dental "anxiety". I highly recommend!
Once again I had a tooth problem and left an appointment request on their online booking. Got a call early the next morning and was scheduled to go in the next day. Dr. Laura was as usual her warm caring self and made the experience of having a tooth extracted as easy as was possible due to the circumstances. I cannot say enough about everyone at this practice. After recomendation from family and friends I needed fast attention to an absess under a crown. They took fast track attention and follow up I was like new again. I have had follow up work done and no need to to worry. First classs and wonderful friendly service. HG
Monroe Family Dentistry is an absolutely wonderful place to take care of your teeth. All staff make you feel at home right away, everyone is very professional and provides excellent service. Dr. Pratt is a fantastic specialist! Very nice and informative. I would recommend to anyone!!!
MFD Clinic provides excellent dental care. Our family have been patients for over 14 years. For routine dental exams to emergency dental problems - Dr Pratt has been for us - always calm and professional. Their friendly office and dental staff make this a clinic you want to return to.
Going to the dentist is never a fun thing, but going to the office in Covington the staff there they make it so much easier. They are so professional and that makes the appointments easy and comfortable.
