The Burlington Culinary & Cultural Experience offered a fantastic learning class with Chef Nair. The atmosphere, the guided learning of Chef, her travels through Spain, and her passion for food were, altogether, what made this experience so incredible. The paella, alone, was worth the price of admission. And with the opportunity to engage in future, hands on learning classes with Nuvo and BCCE, I can guarantee that I will be looking to share future experiences with friends and family.
I took the pasta making course with Chef Louisa and it was amazing! She has great interpersonal skills, patience and knowledge. We dined after the class and it was a pleasant experience. I would definitely do another class with her and also recommend it to friends and family.
