The staff is useless and unclear in providing proper instructions for necessary processes. It feels like patients are expected to know everything on their own, as if they’re supposed to be the experts. When I tried to explain the information I had received information I was never properly given they responded with hostility, as if I had made it up even though it’s their responsibility to communicate those details.
