Worst experience ever. Dr knew exactly what procedure I was coming for, once I drove 45 minutes to get there he told me it was so rare he had never done it before in all his 20yrs and couldn’t do it, so he referred me elsewhere but gave me freezing instead all so he could still bill OHIP. Would not recommend.

The staff were friendly when I went there and I was taken to see the doctor quickly. The first meeting was thorough and I look forward to continue my care
