I recently contacted this mechanic when my car broke down just 1.5 km away from their shop. I asked if someone could quickly come and check it, as the car wouldn't start. Unfortunately, I was told they don’t offer mobile service and aren’t insured for off-site visits. While I understand not being a mobile mechanic, the lack of willingness to help — even though I was so close — was disappointing. A bit more customer service or flexibility would have gone a long way.
Had a really good experience with them, my car is driving beautifully. Will definitely be a return customer. Thanks again :)
Have been taking my vehicles to BAW for years now and have always had service that went above and beyond what the job was on paper. Recently brought my car in to patch a flat tire and was back on the road within the hour, complete with my spare and jack organized in my trunk better than I could do it. I completely recommend this shop.
Spring did not set in place and the spring was noisy after 150km drive. Then I called the shop and took back for an inspection. They said there was no noise while they were test driving it. Then they checked the torque on the top of the struts and tightened them down to specifications. The noise still came back on the same day they got the bolts tightened.
