RecommendedDr. Hanson and staff have been great with both of my dogs. Professional, courteous, reasonably priced and they provide great follow up. Dr. Hanson is very responsive to email even after hours, which is a rarity these days. Highly recommend!
Dr. Hanson, Dr. Alexander and all of the staff are always incredibly kind, personable and helpful. I can communicate via email which is awesome because I always drop the ball on phone calls. I have never felt pressured or swindled and have always been able to find out costs upfront and weigh the options without judgement. We've been through terribly hard times and happy times and always felt supported by this office.
I wanted to pass along a vet recommendation for anyone looking for a vet that is great with greyhounds, and probably any dog or animal- especially north of Boston. Dr. Hanson and her team at Burlington Animal Clinic have been so wonderful to our sweet Belmont (even when he's being not so sweet) for a sedated nail trim, dental, and another miscellaneous visit. I would highly recommend Burlington Animal Clinic! I brought my cat in a while ago because I noticed he was losing a lot of weight. The receptionist was very sympathetic and didn't even comment when my baby took a poop in the carrier, and it was pretty smelly. The technicians were very kind and did the best they could to make him comfortable while asking me questions. Dr. Hanson looked him over, explained what she was doing to him and why she was doing it. This place should be closed. Ignorant staff, vary bad experience with the doctor, stay away.
Dr Hanson has such a lovely way with people and pets. Her entire staff is always attentive and caring. They always knew what my dog needed. He was 8 or 9 years when we met the staff at Burlington Animal Clinic. It was the little things that makes this amazing clinic stand out...sitting on the floor next to a blind dog so he is comfortable, carrying him to my car when he was too weak to walk on his own and let’s not forget the endless oops that needed to be cleaned up.
