It was once a good apartment, still many decent neighbors live here. Unfortunately the management changed, an incompetent apartment manager has been in charge of the building from late 2021. Since then broken items took forever or never to get fixed (e.g. reported a malfunction dishwasher repeatedly for 4 months, no actions). The manager doesn't care the apartment nor the residents at all, he takes every opportunity to bother residents whenever he comes, rent increases yearly, security deposit barely return.
