Even one star is too little for this place. This building is total fraud and they do everything they could to take your deposit and steal all of your money. Whatever you can, do you do not move in here! This is by far the worst building you could ever move into in Burlingame.
Had an amazing move in experience in Burlingame towers. Lisa (the manager) is the most helpful and kind person, she replied timely to my emails and fulfilled requests even before we moved in. After moving in, we made some work orders which were taken care of immediately.
I’ve been living in this building for the past three years, and I feel that previous reviews don’t do it justice. While I’ve had my occasional disagreements with management, they haven’t impacted my overall experience here. Like any other older, remodeled building in Burlingame, this one has its quirks, but the staff genuinely work hard to find solutions.
