Horrible!!!! You don't get what you pay for. I've been waiting on porcelain veneers and porcelain crowns since May 1st and haven't gotten them yet but I paid for them upfront in cash on May 1st. Asked for a refund today and Maria at the front desk is giving me the runaround. Time to Lawyer up!!!!
I PAID in advance for 2 veneers and 2 crowns on May 1st and every time Maria schedules me to have them put on she then calls me a day or two before my appointment and says the Doctor''s not going to be in the office and then the same ole, same ole song and dance repeated. So I requested a refund on June 27th @ 2:02 p.m. by leaving a VM and needless to say nobody ever returned my call.
