I had a ticket with First American Home Warrenty, which was escalated to "Emergency" status (wife has asthma, no a/c in Florida). Tech "Mike" came onsite and was great! System was completely shot, needed replaced. First American approved the replacement, but I would owe $1400 above my deductible.
