Dr. Etter is one of the best doctors i have ever seen. He actually listens to you.
I waited for 3 weeks to be a new patient and was rejected in less than 15 minutes with no sympathy... When I called to schedule the appointment, the receptionist hurried the conversation with little interest so that it lasted for less than 5 minutes. I let her know I was using the medical savings plan, Multiplan (ValuePoint), not insurance, which she knew in a general sense. Very prompt, nice caring.
I came in feeling pretty hopeless, left feeling such relief. Austin was amazing, he really listened to my concerns and offered excellent solutions. He didn’t brush me of as just “another” patient. He didn’t rush me and made sure to ask questions and really understand my condition. This was definitely the best experience I have ever had at any Drs office ever. Reception was excellent too.
I love DR. Etter! He’s so caring. Listens wonderfully. Never judgemental about anything. His staff is lovely. Even when the doctor is out of town his staff takes great care of you. I love being his patient!
Either downstairs or upstairs, the best medical care I've received in years. I'm now 71-1/2 (kinda like we used to say as kids, huh?) and my health as I approach 100 is paramount. The staff is attentive and I'm always welcomed. Fantastic!
As a new patient they now have a life long patient. They are attentive and listen to your concerns and I felt more progress from PA, Austin than I have felt in years going to another Dr. I am beyond hopeful and excited about coming progress and highly recommend them.
