Purchased a brand new 2021 Honda CRV a year and half ago. On 10/14/2022 we were driving down the highway when the sunroof exploded. Nothing struck it, there was no previous damage, there was no extreme temperature change. Did some research on this and it was learned that this is an issue Honda has known about and there is actually a class action lawsuit in court against them about this issue. Burleson Honda is an awful company. This is a real ”buyer beware” message to anyone wanting to buy a Honda. Go.Somewhere.Else.Please. We purchased an Accord and traded in our car. The Finance department forgot to have us sign a document so our original contract was voided. We had to draw up a new contract under less favorable terms than what was promised in the original agreement. Are all Car Dealers corrupt?? A complete SCAM! Listed car on true Car for $19,142 than informed me when i was ready to buy it that they would add $2500 to it as "dealer recon fee " (not even allowed on true Car which advertises that the price you see is what you get, and others fees (excluding tax and license cannot be added)!!! ). I was told that they often add up to "$4,000!" So they list the cars low, to get you in, than include a BS charge hidden in the paperwork, adding to it by OVER 10%!
