Welcome! Burleigh Road Animal Hospital was founded by Dr. Edward Braun in 1954. He opened the hospital in 1955 and operated the practice for nearly 40 years before he passed the business to his associate, Dr. Thomas Christie in 1992. Dr. Christie took over ownership of the practice and Dr. Braun continued as an associate veterinarian until December 2001. Thank you so much for taking care of us while our Dad took our Mom on a Valentine's Weekend getaway. We had a really good time, except for maybe Ernie who can be a little neurotic. Evi loved her 'snow-walks'. Mom and Dad loved seeing the picture of Evi and our Valentine's Day cards (AND OUR TREATS!!! I love treats!). The entire staff treat you and your furry babies with great respect. They took such good care of my cats up until they crossed that rainbow bridge. Now we take our rescued puppy there. We have full confidence in them!

I took both of my dogs ( Penny and Oliver) to Burleigh Road Animal Hospital yesterday. Staff is excellent. Several times they got down on the floor with them to make them feel ok. We have definitely found a new veterinarian home!
This is such an outstanding animal care facility! Can't say enough wonderful things about the care, knowledge and services provided here. If you aren't already bring your pets here you should. Big "thumbs up" !
