If I could give a lower star review I would. I am reviewing Tom Burleigh as a landlord. I would highly advise against renting from him. I had numerous problems while renting from him. The night I moved in the apartment was a disaster (see pictures), we spent the entire next day cleaning it, there was no bed (as promised in the lease).
