The jewelry here is stunning with many elegant options to choose from. Staff members were knowledgeable and very helpful with recommendations. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable which made browsing easy. Prices felt fair considering the quality and uniqueness of the pieces. I appreciated the time they took to make sure I was satisfied. The entire process was enjoyable from start to finish. I left with a piece I truly love.
I really wanted to leave a good review because everyone here was very friendly. I came into get my bracelet and ring repaired for my upcoming wedding. They were very helpful with doing multiple resizings, specifically for the bracelet. I decided to wear my bracelet for a bit today and the (brand new) chain broke off within a few hours. I was just sitting around the house. I know the bracelet can be a complex repair, but I went with their recommended chain.
