After having a concern with a ring I purchased at Burland (one of many) (for my wife), I wrote the owner a letter asking him to reach out to me to discuss the issue. He (Mark) did and we were able to work things out to my satisfaction. I really appreciate Mark and his staff and will continue to refer friends and family to Berlund for their jewelry needs.
Burlands has been working with my family for decades. They are honest people that respect every budget. Do not hesitate to go in for a visit, they will give you the best value in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.
I don’t have enough amazing things to say about Burland. I originally went in with my girlfriend to get some ideas of an engagement ring with the intention of purchasing from a family owned jeweler rather than some of the big shops. What I received in return far exceeded any expectations I had. The ring my girlfriend wanted was very unique and required a lot of customization.
