Burks no longer exists. This phone number reaches the company that "purchased the assets of Burks," but did not receive any of their records.
They are very unprofessional and will tell you they are coming out and have you wait all day just to not show up or call and let their customer know they aren’t coming.. Would NOT recommend!
While he seemed to know what he was doing, and got the AC back on fairly quickly, his attitude was colder than the AC. I advised him of what I was told by the last tech that looked at it, hoping it would point him in the right direction. He told me that with the heat advisory he has to come out "wheather he likes it or not" and then on the way out the door he just said "it's fixed" followed by "it has nothing do do with the (issue I had explained)."
