I realized at 10:00 p.m. that my pipes were backing up and I was in a bind. I called Burks Plumbing and he put me on the schedule for the next day. If you’re looking for reliable, honest and trustworthy work, Burks is absolutely the one to go to. I appreciate even more the honesty from Mr. Burks and his worker that responded. Legitimate businesses are hard to come by. I’ll gladly use him again in the future….
The water bill doubled so I requested service and inspection. They showed up on time. They were friendly, professional, did not try to sell anything extra, did exactly what was needed, and went above and beyond to make sure there were no leaks. I am very happy with their service. Called burks within an hour of finding out my main water line had busted. Someone was out the next day and it was fixed within a couple of days at a very reasonable price. I am so appreciative of their prompt service and hard work. Thank you for saving my water bill!
