I WOULD NEVER EVER USE J BERKLEW. WE WERE SUPPOSE TO CLOSE ON A HOME MARCH 3RD 2016 AND IT IS NOW JULY 8TH HE HAS MADE MANY BROKEN PROMISES AND TENDS TO USE EVERY EXCUSE IN THE BOOK TO BACK UP TO HIS MESS UPS. J BERKELW TOLD US WE COULD MOVE IN THE HOME AND WE WOULD CLOSE IN 30 DAYS. HE SAID THE HOUSE WAS READY TO MOVE IN. WE GOT TO THE HOME AND THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO PLUMBING OR TOILETS OR SINKS FOR USE TO USE. THE NEXT DAY THE PLUMBER CAME AND THEY NEEDED TO TALK TO J BERKLEW. I wouldn't use them as they don't pay their own bills! I've requested payment from them eight times or more for the same invoice and have even spoke to them by phone and was told they would get it taken care of but they never do. THE SAD THING IS IT'S A VERY SMALL BILL! IF THEY CAN'T TAKE CARE OF THEIR OWN BILLS ANY BETTER THAN THIS.... YOU SURE SHOULDN'T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR TRANSACTIONS INVOLVING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!
