This builder has caused us so much heartache and stress. Avoid this builder like it were the plague. I will put it all in my complaint, but to sum it up they use poor quality HVAC, water heaters, pipes, and roofing. I am sure this is the case with the entire home and more trouble ahead. Some will recognize the following: “There is death in the pot.”
