Extremely unprofessional conduct among staff members. Dishonest and untrustworthy. Lucky we found out the truth about how they do business before we were in too deep.
Run, don't walk away from Burkhart. Continual lies. We have recorded conversations on our VOIP system with Steve Lundy and Shanell in Spokane saying one thing and doing another. These guys are crooks. Their repair department is a mess and their billing mistakes aren't far behind.
