bought part for classic Lincoln and they sent wrong part would not make it right and would not pay for reshipping be careful getting parts from these guys bad attitude never again
I need a part for my seat recline but couldn't order it new separate from the entire seat. After looking at their online inventory & inquiring about the part, Craig sent me a picture to verify the part. Once confirmed, they pulled & shipped the part to me at a reasonable price. Not the friendliest people but if they have the part they will pull it usually by time I get there..We work hard for our money act like you appreciate us helping you make the payroll..Answering phones quietly Burks is rediculous. Show a little kindness if someone is trying to kick it with ya and take a second to communicate with the customer cause if they need it bad enough they will call back..
