They came to our house and did the work we requested and at a very reasonable rate. HOWEVER, they had to put a hole in the wall from a closet in a bedroom to the bathroom to fix the pipe - fine, we understand that. But they entered a bedroom and handled the clothing without notifying the homeowner FIRST who was home at the time. And while doing that they broke my closet door. It's a bifold door, and the pieces that hold the closet to the frame were scattered around the closet floor, and the wood of the door was pulled apart.... read more
